People with different goals: losing or maintaining weight, managing body recomposition, organizing nutrition around training, or supporting a plan focused on gaining weight and muscle. The diary helps you compare what you eat with a reference suited to your chosen goal, but it cannot guarantee results or replace professional guidance.

A kilocalorie is a standard unit used to express energy. From age 14 Fuelia estimates resting energy with Mifflin–St Jeor. Maintenance is resting energy × 1.20 plus weight-scaled everyday movement and average daily training. Goal adjustments remain editable and are more conservative for adolescents. See the complete methodology and scientific sources. These values are estimates, not a direct measurement of individual metabolism.

For catalog foods, Fuelia uses the nutrition values associated with the selected item and scales them to the logged portion. For manually created foods, it uses the values entered by the user. Photos and descriptions instead produce an AI estimate of food, quantity, calories and macros: this is not a laboratory analysis and should always be reviewed before saving. Rounding, recipe, brand, cooking method and actual portion can change the result.

You can send a meal or nutrition-label photo, or describe what you ate. Fuelia suggests an indicative food, portion, calorie and macro estimate. It may be inaccurate, so review and edit it before saving.

Only if you grant permission. Fuelia can use supported health integrations to read steps and active energy for daily summaries.

Prices and duration are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are managed by the app store account used for purchase.

No. Account deletion removes Fuelia app data, but store-managed subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your app-store settings.

Open the app, go to Profile, then Account and security, and choose Delete account. More details are on the Account deletion page.
