Your choice comes first
Google Analytics is disabled by default. The Google tag is not downloaded and no analytics cookie is created until you select “Accept analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not limit access to the website or the Fuelia app.
Consent preference
Fuelia stores your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage under fuelia.analytics-consent.v1. This strictly necessary value contains the choice, its date and a configuration version. It is used only to remember your preference for up to 180 days and is not transmitted to Google.
Google Analytics cookies
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may create the following first-party cookies:
_ga, used to distinguish pseudonymous website visitors;_ga_<container-id>, used to maintain session state.
Fuelia configures these cookies with a maximum duration of 180 days and does not renew their expiry on every visit. Browser restrictions may shorten this period.
Data and purpose
Analytics helps Fuelia understand page views, broad website usage, store-button clicks and language changes. It may process a pseudonymous browser identifier, page path, approximate location and browser or device information. Fuelia does not deliberately send meal names, nutrition data, health values, email addresses or free-form personal text from the website.
No advertising measurement
Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Fuelia does not use the website implementation for remarketing or targeted advertising.
Change your choice
Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer at any time. Revoking consent disables future analytics collection, removes accessible Fuelia analytics cookies and reloads the page without the Google tag. You can also remove site data from your browser settings.
